Important financial and administrative policies for parents and guardians enrolling learners at Institute Status Acres Combined School.
1. Institute Status Acres Combined School is a private fee-paying institution.
2. Parents acknowledge that learners benefit from the educational services and tuition provided by the school.
3. Full outstanding fees remain payable if a learner is withdrawn before the academic year concludes.
4. No refunds will be issued once enrolment agreements have been signed.
5. Monthly school fees are payable in advance before the 3rd day of each month.
6. Accounts in arrears may incur interest and legal collection costs.
7. Learners may not attend classes if fees are unpaid.
8. School fees apply for the full academic year and remain payable in full.
9. Textbooks and school equipment remain school property and must be replaced if damaged or lost.
10. Stationery requirements remain payable through the school policy structure.
Important Notices
- No learner will be admitted without payment of the registration fee
- The school prefers a debit order system for monthly instalments
- Interest may be charged on overdue accounts
